Accommodation at Dauntsey Park House

There are two stylish and spacious bedrooms available for bed and breakfast use. As both rooms are west-facing with two windows each, they are filled with evening light and have striking views out over the river and park beyond.

The large double room has an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and a super king-size Italian bed complete with Egyptian cotton sheets. There is also a comfortable sofa to relax on.

The elegant twin bedroom, with generously sized single beds, is also ensuite. The bathroom has a traditional roll top bath and boasts an original thunder box loo! Both rooms have wifi and their own TV. For larger parties, further bedrooms are available.

All our breakfast ingredients are sourced locally, as much as possible comes from the garden and orchard. Bacon and sausages are from our home reared pigs. The home made jams and our own Dauntsey Park honey are popular with guests.

Testimonials

“We cannot thank you enough for the super stay we had a couple of weeks ago … our third visit and certainly not our last. As always we felt rested and restored in your elegant and grand surroundings. You are all so welcoming and the generous, delicious breakfasts are memorable! We discussed our fourth visit as we drove along the drive clutching our bunches of dahlias!” R Summerfield, London

“Dauntsey Park House is as impressive as the name suggests. We stayed here with some friends following a wedding at a local church at the beginning of July 2011. Initially, I thought I’d arrived at the wrong address, access through a large stone arch up a gravel drive leads to a very grand country house. To refer to this as a B&B massively undersells it, this is a B&B like no other; a beautiful country house set within stunning grounds in the heart of the Cotswolds. The rooms are huge and wonderfully dressed, utilising the multitude of period features. From the warm welcome by Emma on our arrival, to the comfortable bed and amazing breakfast the following day, everything about our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay again and anyone looking to stay in this part of the country need look no further than Dauntsey Park House; this is a wonderful country retreat that won’t disappoint.” Richard Pearce, London
